How long have you been in business?
10 years in the area, I've been in construction all my life.
What is your primary product or service?
room addition, kitchen remodeling and bath remodeling. We also do detached garage apartments. One of Bobby's specialties are sagging floors and replacement beams. He has an engineer he works with very closely.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As I said before I enjoy redoing someone's home and building an updated look for my clients. The satisfaction I get from my clients is most gratifying..
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I allow my clients, to dictate how much they would like to spend on their project. Rather than a lot a certain amount for everything. For example I allow my clients to go to my cabinet, granite, and fixture subs directly, So they can decide how much they would like to spend on each product. Thus allowing the client to keep within a budget allowed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
No we are a husband and wife business and my sub -contractor, I am able to keep them busy enough that they do not work for anyone else.
