What is your primary product or service?
We primarily provide non-invasive aesthetic treatments to enhance your appearance. Our core service is injectable treatments including Botox, fillers, and biostimulators but we have since expanded into laser skin treatments such as BBL Photofacial, Moxi laser, and Co2 skin resurfacing laser. We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of the advanced treatments but only providing what we believe to be effective and worthwhile for our patients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our company was founded by Carol Robinson, a board certified Physician Associate, whose dream was to help women become more confident in their own skin. When Carol founded the business, medical aesthetics was in its early innings with very few providers, and the industry was highly unregulated. Her goal was to run an ethical practice, focused on providing personalized treatments tailored every patient's need. The industry has come a long way since then, but it still pains us to hear stories or news articles of med spas selling fake products or upselling treatments that patients don't need. Carol has retired in 2024, and U Med is now run by new owners who truly believe in Carol's original vision. We will continue to uphold high standards for quality service and provide ethical, effective, and personalized treatments for everyone.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been in the business since 2007, and have provided consistently high quality treatments for patients in the North Dallas area. We pride ourselves for being the trusted leader in the space with expert providers who are all licensed, trained, and experienced in their specialty.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one flagship location at the Shops of Legacy in Plano, but plan on expanding our regional presence in the North Dallas area. We are very excited about the developments that are coming to this region, and see a lot of opportunities to expand.

We are located at the Shops of Legacy in Plano, next to Madison Reed color bar and Original Chop Shop. We have ample parking space in front of our location and also have a parking garage behind our location for additional space.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards. We also provide flexible payment options via Cherry and CareCredit.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of North Dallas. A lot of our clients come from Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, and Lewisville. We also have some clients flying in from all over the US including Chicago, Miami, Denver, etc.!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Practice Manager, Amy Holmes, runs our daily operations and handles all customer enquiries.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Mondays through Saturdays. Monday: 11am - 5pm Tuesday: 9am - 7pm Wednesday: 9am - 6pm Thursday: 9am - 6pm Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday: 9am - 5pm
